When it comes to baby products, Ali Wing knows her stuff. Recognizing the need for a smarter baby store focusing on new parents' lifestyles, she opened the first giggle store in San Francisco in 2003, with an online store and nationwide presence following shortly thereafter.

Rather than offering every baby product on the market (or even just selling the cute stuff) Ali immersed herself in product knowledge and parent research, figuring out exactly what products and features parents needed most. The result? A deep understanding of the market and an ability to differentiate between the products parents will love, versus those that will end up sitting in the garage unused. Before giggle, Ali earned both a law degree and an MBA, after which she honed her entrepreneurial skills working for companies ranging from small start-ups to industry giant Nike. Ali continues to track new courses both personally and publicly, as an innovative businesswoman, an avid runner, a wife, and a mother. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and son.
